Community Connections: Our Visit to The Blake at Miramar Beach

At Emerald Cost Senior Transitions, we love connecting with local senior living communities. Yesterday, Dawn and I had the absolute pleasure of visiting The Blake at Miramar Beach. We sat down with Lauren King, the community's Director of Sales, to tour their beautiful campus.

During our tour, we also enjoyed a brief introduction to other members of their leadership team. The energy throughout the building was truly fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the residents were full of life. We even got to see their incredible Luau setup prepared for families!

As Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists (CRTS™) located less that a half-mile down the road, we want to be a rapid-response extension for local senior living teams. Moving into a premier community like The Blake at Miramar Beach is an exciting new chapter, but the logistics of packing, downsizing, and selling a home can feel overwhelming for incoming families.

During our meeting with Lauren, we discussed how we can streamline this transition process. Instead of letting brochures get lost in onboarding paperwork, we are partnering to provide direct, gentle guidance on packing timelines and rightsizing. Our goal is to take the follow-up work off the facility's desk while ensuring families get immediate, stress free support.
